Zoës Kitchen Gen 4 Prototype Development

MAI’s Food Service Studio was charged with assisting in the development of this fast-casual restaurant chain’s 4th generation prototype building design. The newly-revised 3,025 sf. design was then converted into a Revit model. 

The Mayse project team included Christopher Cooper, Radhika Gammampila and Joe Soliz (of BIM Optimized).
