Dot’s Hop House & Cocktail Courtyard – Dallas (Deep Ellum), TX
MAI’s restaurant studio was tasked to transform two aging 5,000 sq. ft. single-story office buildings and a parking lot into a one-of-a-kind restaurant and bar destination. The project is situated in Dallas’ edgy and historic Dee Ellum entertainment district.
The MAI project team included Gregory Daspit, Bryce Nichols and Mike Mayse.
Design features include an open-air dining building complete with the area’s largest outdoor chandelier.
