Mayse & Associates design the new TownePlace Suites in Rancho Cordova, CA

Rancho Cordova, California – Mayse & Associates is proud to announce the opening of the new TownePlace Suites in Rancho Cordova, CA. The hotel is owned by Insignia Hospitality and was built in collaboration with our consultant partners, including DCI Engineers (both civil & structural engineering), Brinjac Engineering (MEP engineering), Wilson Associates (landscape architecture), and Greenstreet (general contractor).

The hotel is a 4-story building made of wood-frame construction, which offers 117 rooms and modern facilities to provide guests with a comfortable and unforgettable stay. Various features have been incorporated to enhance the hotel’s functionality, such as an underground storm sewer system called “Stormtech” beneath the parking lot, a lightning protection system, the potential for future “EV” parking, accessible access to adjacent public sidewalks and public transportation, and an off-site public works landscape median. “We are thrilled to have designed this hotel in collaboration with Insignia Hospitality and our consultant partners,” said Ronald K. Smith, AIA, PE, NCARB, the architect on the project. “The TownePlace Suites Rancho Cordova, CA is a testament to our team’s commitment to delivering high-quality results that meet the needs of our clients and the community.”

The TownePlace Suites Rancho Cordova, CA is located at a strategic location, making it an ideal choice for business and leisure travelers. We are confident that guests will enjoy the amenities and services we have to offer and appreciate the impact this project will have on the community.
