This was an urban infill project set in the trendy Uptown section of Dallas. This redeveloping area was the ideal setting for this compact luxury apartment community. MAI was retained by a larger design firm that specialized in steel high-rise architecture to serves as Architect-of-Record due to its advanced expertise in wood construction.
Due to the compact building site of this infill residential project, parking was located underneath the residential levels with the use of a ground-level concrete parking podium.
