This upscale, select-service hotel was designed with a concrete podium and light gauge framing. A unique feature of this hotel is the additional meeting room on the second floor that offers an exterior patio to extend the meeting and pre-function areas.
The Mayse team added its own design aesthetic to Marriott’s latest building design by including a custom Neolith tile pattern with four different colors. Exterior vertical lighting was incorporated into the Neolith pattern, providing a dramatic visual effect from the highway at night and serving as a beacon to arriving guests.
