This unique and challenging project involved the adaptive reuse of existing vintage commercial buildings into a vibrant restaurant/bar concept.
This project involved the redevelopment of two aging and defunct manufacturing buildings, along with a shared parking lot into a popular restaurant and bar destination. The 5,000 SF open-air courtyard features what is arguably the largest known outdoor chandelier.
