For the third time, the MAI team was retained to design a headquarters building for a local hotel developer.
A portion of the first floor contains office lease space, while the remaining space on the first and all of the second floor serves as the Owner’s corporate headquarters. The exterior materials were subject to City’s architectural requirements to conform with the rest of the business park.
