This project involved the renovation of the school’s existing former library into a Student Life Center, including the Educational and Administrative Technology areas.
The District wanted to pursue LEED certification for the projects, therefore, MAI led the coordinated certification effort. Subsequently, the project successfully achieved LEED 2.0 Commercial Interiors Silver Certification. The new Center’s spaces included SPAR, Student Lounge, Career Services and Upward Bound.
