This project involved the development and maintenance of the brand’s a new evolution prototype building.

Design Elements

MAI designed and maintained a set of construction documents incorporating the Client’s new brand evolution. We helped to build a series of standards for nationwide multi‐unit development, including fixture/furniture/equipment blocks, signage strategies standards, and key interior/exterior elements. These standards were then used to support the development of both a tenant finish-out of an end cap tenant space and a free‐standing building with a pick‐up window.
