CFA 04806 – Elm Street

Tucked into the historic First National Bank Tower in the heart of Downtown Dallas, CFA 04806 - Elm Street In-line is a Chick-fil-A restaurant that epitomizes Mayse & Associates’ ability to adapt their designs to unique environments. This 4,720 square feet location combines Chick-fil-A’s famous warm ambience to downtown city life. Through collaboration and teamwork, Mayse & Associates created a design with approval from the National Register of Historic Places and the Texas Historical Commission.

The restaurant utilizes curtain walls on the two sides, that are exposed to the street, to create an inviting edge on the street corner. The finishes of the interior space are decorated with oak boards and powder coated metal to reflect the modernity of the city. Additionally, the primary accent wall includes customized artwork unique to Dallas. Customers have the option of seating on two different levels in the dining area that both provide direct views of the bustling city outside. The kitchen and food preparation area provide ample space for employees to work quickly and effectively.
