The upper floors are steel framed, while the ground level consists of a supporting concrete podium. At the main entry, modular metal screens, layered over tile, create a distinctive feature that draw guests in for a closer look. The west façade features suite rooms with a continuous curtain wall system that spans nearly the full height of the building, so guests can catch a stunning view of the Texas setting sun.
