Located at 380 Custer Road, McKinney, Texas, the 4,827 square feet Chick-fil-A Restaurant, known as 380 East of Custer, is a shining example of the brand’s deep commitment to communities across North Texas. Spearheaded by local Owner-Operator Bryson Bullington and developed in collaboration with Mayse & Associates, the project brings together modern efficiency with Chick-fil-A’s signature hospitality. Bullington, a Dallas native with strong ties to the area, envisioned a space that could serve as both a community hub and a model of operational excellence. Mayse helped bring this vision to life through thoughtful design, tailored to the fast-paced needs of guests while honoring the brand’s values of care, quality, and service.
Guests arriving at this restaurant are greeted by a clean, modern exterior comprised of cement board and brick veneer. The two-lane drive-thru provides streamlined service, while the warm brick tones and natural finishes create a welcoming first impression. Inside, the space balances efficiency with comfort. Whether guests are grabbing a quick breakfast or sitting down for a family dinner, the environment feels both relaxed and thoughtfully arranged.
Mayse & Associates Architects is proud to have architecturally supported Chick-fil-A with building a new Chick-fil-A restaurant to better serve the community of McKinney. Every aspect of the building supports a dynamic flow of people and purpose. Families can enjoy a fast meal and allow their children to play on the large playground structure. The building’s layout and systems foster not only operational excellence, but also community engagement and team development, mirroring Bullington’s mission to lead with perseverance and make a positive impact on McKinney.
