This 4,818 square feet Chick-fil-A restaurant located in Mansfield, Texas, is a picture of modernization and adaptability in design. Mayse & Associates assisted Chick-fil-A with uncovering a design that reflects their values of efficiency, safety, and wellness while respecting local design restrictions. Through open discussions with city officials, the project blossomed into a beautiful landmark that honors both Chick-fil-A and the local community.

When guests first arrive at the location, they will often first notice the carefully crafted stone dentils and floating parapets. These exterior design elements are intended to catch the attention of guests, before their eyes are drawn to the full palette of brick veneer, stone veneer, and cementitious panels. The contrasting colors were carefully selected to seamlessly blend with surrounding buildings and echo Chick-fil-A’s traditional palette. The store provides guests with multiple dining options. Guests can enjoy their meals inside the accommodating dining room, outside under a protective trellis, or stay within the comfort of their cars by navigating through the drive-thru. In addition to guest-friendly options, the building also provides employees with space to unwind within a private team member room and office.

Mayse & Associates Architects is proud to have architecturally supported Chick-fil-A with building a new Chick-fil-A restaurant to better serve the community of Mansfield. The construction of this Chick-fil-A is a great addition to the wonderful network of Chick-fil-A restaurants in Texas, and the custom design makes it the only one of its kind in the Southwest.
