Food Service

CFA 80796 – Chicago O’Hare Terminal 5

10000 W O’Hare Avenue Chicago, IL 60666

This is the first Chick-fil-A restaurant at the Chicago O'Hare Airport. Designed to harmonize with the iconic rotunda in Terminal 5, this unique space features a breathtaking wooden installation that gracefully flows from the back wall across the ceiling to the storefront and culminates in a custom wooden Chick-fil-A brand icon. Adjacent to the feature, a vibrant mural celebrates the spirit of Chicago and invites customers to take a closer look. This beautiful blend of artistry and functionality offers Terminal 5 travelers an inspiring and fresh dining experience.

Both Chick-fil-A and the Chicago O’Hare Airport care deeply about their customers and want to ensure they serve their communities with a consistent elegance. Mayse & Associates is proud to have assisted with finding solutions to unite the design approaches of both Chicago O’Hare and Chick-fil-A. Unique solutions were found to ensure that essential airport functions, such as security, electrical pathways, and water protection were secured. People from all over the world pass through the Chicago O’Hare airport and now all of them will have a chance to experience the joy of Chick-fil-A.

Architect Gregory L. Daspit is proud to have architecturally supported Chick-fil-A with building a new Chick-fil-A restaurant to better serve the community of Chicago.
