Dual-Brand Courtyard and Residence Inn by Marriott

The Dual-Brand Residence Inn & Courtyard by Marriott Hotel will be opening to the community of Irving, Texas in 2026. The design of the building focuses on creating a distinctive and inviting atmosphere to blend contemporary elegance with local charm. Through careful placement of materials, such as manganese iron spot brick or woodgrain panels, across the undulating forms of the hotel, the facades create a comforting rhythm. This is especially visible at night because the exterior lights of the building are positioned to accentuate this melody. The hotel’s aesthetic offers a taste of Texas in a modern, sophisticated style.

To offer a seamless guest experience, the hotel offers a single check-in process for both brands within the spacious lobby and adjacent to the stylish lounge area. Once guests are checked-in and ready to unwind, they will have access to numerous amenities. These include: a custom bistro and bar that includes outdoor seating, a 1,200 square foot fitness room, a swimming pool, and a 24-hour market. If a guest is looking to conduct business during their stay, then they can use one of the three private meeting spaces to jump on a call or host a corporate gathering. Additionally, Residence Inn guests will enjoy a dedicated full-service breakfast area with an outdoor patio.

The interior design of the hotel, lead by EDGEiD, pays homage to Texas ranch heritage while embracing a clean, modern aesthetic. Warm and grounded details will decorate every space and feature a contemporary flare, to reflect the community’s evolution from its humble roots to a thriving corporate hub. The different guestroom brands will provide catered options to fit the individual needs of each guest. The Residence Inn rooms are designed for extended stays with larger spaces and full kitchens, while the Courtyard rooms are crafted to recharge guests on their shorter trips.
